Hi! First off, I would like to thank Gaspari Nutrition for making me a part of the team!

A little about myself. (I promise I will be brief!) I was born in Omaha, Nebraska. I lived there till I was eight. My father was in the military so we moved to Zaragoza, Spain for seven years. (Some of my best childhood memories were there.) Then it was off to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma for another 10 years. From there, I made the choice to move to Dallas when I was 25. Now I live in Frisco, TX. One of the largest growing cities in north Texas!

I've always been very athletic. Starting in high school, I ran track (sprints and hurdles) and played volleyball. This is where I learned to workout and I continue to workout to this very day. It is part of my daily life. I trained with many trainers before becoming one myself. I was in college going for my nursing degree when I discovered that I wanted to pursue my passion. I haven't looked back since! I absolutely LOVE what I do! I love how the fitness field is always changing. It keeps me on my toes. My education never stopped with college. I continue to go to classes, seminars, and read many books to further my knowledge and be the best at what I do. Not only for me, but for the safety of my clients as well. I am a stickler about proper form and technique!! Not only do I continue my education, I love to try new products as well. I recently got introduced to Gaspari Nutrition.
