TRAINING

Day 1: Back and abdominal routine
Day 2: Triceps/Abdominals
Day 3: Upper Legs/ Calves
Day 4: Chest/Biceps/Abdominals

Cardio - 6 days a week - 45 minutes a day
Kickboxing - 2x a week
Yoga - Bikram - 2 days a week


MEAL PLAN

Frank's main focus these days is to keep a lean, muscular, and extremely toned physique. Along with weight training and a cardiovascular exercise program, Frank eats 6 meals a day to help him achieve his goals.
