BACKGROUND

I first became interested in training when I played basketball and ran 100 and 200 meter track during high school. I felt I needed it for strength to be stronger and more physically fit to improve my game. I've been training now for 14 years. My 2 year old daughter is what keeps me motivated to train on a daily basis. She's my motivation, my inspiration and the reason for my determination."

Desmond trains three days on, one day off and two days on, one day off.

MEAL PLAN

Meal 1: Eggs and grits with honey and raisins.

Meal 2: MET-Rx Whey Protein Shake.

Meal 3: Steak, sweet potato and green beans.

Meal 4: MET-Rx Whey Protein Shake.

Meal 5: Fillet fish and rice with green beans.

Meal 6: Eggs or MET-Rx shake.
