BACKGROUND

"I was 27, weighed 197 lbs. and had 35% body fat. I'm a twin, one of two sets and my twin has always weighed 115 lbs. In 1995 I was introduced to Terry Hairston and my life changed. He showed me the world of proper nutrition and lifting and how I could get my body into the best shape. I was on the road to a healthy lifestyle. It doesn't matter at what age you start, JUST AS LONG AS YOU START. I am proof of that."

Husband Terry Hairston is Kim's coach and training partner. They workout together 5 days a week.

Tuesday: LEGS/CALVES
Wednesday: OFF
Thursday: BACK/TRAPS/ABS
Friday: SHOULDERS/CALVES
Saturday: TRICEPS/BICEPS
Sunday: OFF
