This is the regular push up. It's a great exercise for building size and strength in your chest, shoulders and triceps.

The regular push up with your knees on the floor works your chest, shoulders and triceps. It's a little easier than the regular push up because some of the weight of your lower body is supported by the knees instead of the toes.
